At Moda Minx, we want you to feel confident and glamorous in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings can only be returned if the protective seals remain intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Moda Minx tags and hygiene seals are still attached and undamaged.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
